Rates & Reservations

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Rental rates are quoted by number of persons staying. When you rent Les Lis, you rent the whole house.

Depending upon the season and availability and at the owners’ discretion, the week can be extended to include additional days not equaling a full additional week. During the high season (July and August), only full week rentals are available, except in special circumstances.

How to Make a Reservation

Be sure to let us know the dates you want, how many people will be in your group, and how you want to pay. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 48 hours.

Reservation requests are processed in the order we receive them. If the dates you want are unavailable, we can put you on waiting list for those dates, and notify you if they become available.

Deposits & Policies

There is a 50% deposit due upon reservation. The deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent Les Lis for the dates you reserved.

The remaining 50% is due two weeks in advance of arrival for dates in the low and mid seasons, and one month in advance during the high season (July and August). The balance is non-refundable after the due date, unless we are able to re-rent Les Lis for the dates you reserved.

There will be a €20 processing fee for cancelled reservations.

Check-in time is after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements in advance for alternate check-in times.

There are no refunds for early departures.

Renters agree to authorize an additional fully refundable security deposit of €500 charged via paypal w/in 3-5 days of arrival. Or sent 2 weeks beforehand in a check drawn on a french bank. The caretaker, who lives next door, takes an inventory at the end of each rental. We are sorry for this policy, but to make the house especially nice we have furnished it with higher than normal rental quality items. If the house is left in the condition it is found, security deposits are refunded 1-7 days after departure.

Making Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to send us secure payments from anywhere in the world, using an e-check or the credit card of your choice. Once we’ve confirmed availability, we will send you an e-mail with a link a PayPal invoice for the dates you’ve requested.

Exchange Rates

Our rates are quoted and charged in Euros. If applicable, you will receive the current exchange rate as set by the bank.

St-Bresson Throughout the Year

July. Highs in the 80s to 90s, lows at night in the 70s. Hear baroque music at Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert or jazz at the international Jazz festival in Antibes.
August. Highs in the 80s to 90s, lows at night in the 70s. Roman Day in St.Thibéry, canoeing, and lots, lots more!
September. Highs in the 70s to 80s, lows at night in the 60sto 70s. Enoy wine and olive harvesting festivals.
October. Highs in the 60s to 70s, lows at night in the low 60s. A popular month for mushroom hunting!
November. Highs in the 60s to low 70s, lows at night in the 60s to 50s. Visit crowd-free beaches, view autumal colors among the vineyards of the Languedoc region.
